Add A Bit Of This, Throw In A Bit Of That

I love cooking based on instincts. Makes me feel competent about my culinary skills and adds on the personal touch (By that, I don't mean the touch of my uncleaned hands after going to the loo or something!) :D

Pinch in some salt and grind in some pepper. Simple yet tantalizing to the palate!

But these days, how many can appreciate simplicity? Few and far between I would say.
