To err is human; to forgive, divine. - KKH Drug Blunder

I'll let you all do the reading and analysis...

http://mohsingapore.blogspot.com/2009/11/to-err-is-human-to-forgive-divine.html

As oxymoronic as I may sound, I am speechless, even though it's not true that I have nothing to say...

Forgiveness is one thing. Getting compensation is another. You should tell the doctors that if you meet them again.

A patient may forgive the people who wronged her, but ultimately, it is in her interests and that of her family's be practical.

Someone has to take responsibility for the extra costs that may be incurred as a result of the blunder. And it's either the patient's family or the hospital.

Good if the family is well-off and can afford it. If not, best to settle it in monetary terms.

The Health Minister's prayers will not pay medical bills.

The Health Minister is saying if you run down a person and caused him to be crippled for the rest of his life, u ask for forgiveness then its will be fine!

The driver can also ask the court to drop the charges for dangerous driving because the victim forgiven the driver!

Sound illogical right?? Liked wise the health minister is saying that! Just liked the JB retirement homes advice to citizens to sent ah kong and ah ma to die in homes in JB, he may say this blog entry of his is not what he meant and people misunderstood him!
